Southland Farmers Market AssociationCertified Farmers' Market Consulting ServicesSouthland provides technical assistance to nonprofit organizations and public agencies interested in developing a certified farmers' market in their community. Southland specializes in conducting feasibility studies for your organization or agency to assess the likelihood of developing a successful certified farmers' market in your community. Southland recently completed feasibility studies for the Cities of Pico Rivera and Compton, the County of El Dorado and the Pacoima Partners Nonprofit Organization. We also provide advise to existing certified farmers' markets on a range of technical, management and marketing issues. The Chino Farmers' Market opened on July 1, 2009 from 5 PM to 8:30 PM and will be open every Wednesday evening until August 26, 2009. The market is located at Chino City Hall, 13220 Central Avenue, Chino. Call 951-500-4506.
