The "Farmers' Market Salad Bar Program" was conceived and produced by Dona Richwine, M.S., RD, Nutritional Specialist for the Santa Monica Unifed School District, with funding from the Southland Farmers' Market Association.  Dona created the video and the accompanying guidebook to show other farmers' markets and local school districts how to develop a salad bar program.
